Munchies Diner was not a diner in the beginning. At first, we were called Munchies OC. A passionate vegan pop-up restaurant that started with 4 humans selling organic vegan breakfast sandwiches from their home on the weekends. They then quickly outgrew their home and started vending 3-6 times a week on the streets of Orange County and Los Angeles. Munchies OC would set up a 10x10 tent and serve whoever was hungry, interested, or just plain out had the munchies. hehe. Rain or Shine. We were DETERMINED to show our community that we’re extremely passionate about serving them. 8 months of constant vending (even on Easter) and non-stop support by our guests at all of our pop-up services led us to becoming the first Vegan Diner in Orange County.
