The goal of California Shabu Shabu is to provide fresh delicately sliced meat or seafood, tofu, noodles, and assorted vegetables and serve them with savory dipping sauces. At our restaurants, you are the chef! You cook your own food at your own pace in a pot of boiling water, seasoned with kelp, adding interactivity to your experience. The dipping sauces included are: Ponzu, which is citrus-based, and Goma, which is sesame based. To create a taste all your own, customers are offered a variety of condiments, such as pressed garlic, green onions, and radish, to enhance the flavor of the dipping sauces.
