Was originally called Los monitos tacos started on 1936 by max Alonso then taken over by max son chuck Alonso in 1955 then by an employee of chuck Bernie Diaz in 1984 then now by me jr. Now called chucks tacos after chuck Alonso keeping the Los monitos tradition going
