The Supreme Plate is a restaurant ran by classically trained gourmet Chef Justin Moscowitz who specializes in Cajun / Creole, traditional American cuisine & French gastronomy. The Supreme Plates menu features gourmet Po' Boy sandwiches using only the freshest fish, shrimp, oysters, soft shell crabs, handcrafted sausages and veggies that can be found. On the catering side, we create menus to fit each and every event we are attending whether it calls for Soul Food, Authentic Mexican, Asian or French dishes, Seafood, BBQ & Classic American Comfort Food our goal is to please our customers. We make everything fresh to order and outsource only the finest quality ingredients.
